West Virginia Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Jiffy cornbread mixes, baked according to directions
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
2 firm, ripe tomatoes, diced
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
3 boiled eggs, diced
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing (enough to moisten)
