Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
1 egg or 1/2 c. egg substitute
2 Tbsp. milk
1 large bag potato chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In Ziploc bag, crush potato chips. Beat egg and milk together.
Cut up chicken into finger food size. Dip chicken pieces in milk mixture. Toss in Ziploc bag with potato chips and shake. Place chicken pieces on baking sheets. Bake 10 minutes on each side.
