Super Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup sliced celery
    12 oz. can of whole kernel corn
    15 oz. can kidney or other beans
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 cup melted butter/margarine
    1 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    5 cups corn bread
    3/4 cup chicken broth
Preparation
    Fry sausage, onion and celery until sausage becomes brown and onion tender. Add the rest of ingredients; drizzle broth and toss lightly until evenly mixed. Bake at 375\u00b0 in covered 4 quart casserole until hot (45 min.) or bake covered alongside bird for last 30 min. of roasting. Makes 12 cups.
