Cork 'N Cleavers Spinach Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white rice, cooked
    1/2 c. vinaigrette herb dressing (cook's choice)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    3/4 c. fresh spinach, cut into long strips
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. green onion, diced
    2 slices bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    After cooking rice, refrigerate a few hours to cool completely. Add vinaigrette, soy sauce and sugar; mix well.
    Add spinach, celery and green onion; toss all together.
    Sprinkle with crumbled bacon before serving.
    Serves 4.
