Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
    2 cans cream of chicken or celery soup
    1 small onion, diced
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 small can water chestnuts
    shredded cheese
    1 pack Ritz crackers
    2/3 stick margarine
Preparation
    Pour vegetables, soup, onion, mayonnaise and chestnuts in a casserole dish. Place in a 350\u00b0 oven and bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Mix together crackers and margarine and sprinkle over vegetables. Bake 10 more minute or until top is brown.
