Pinto Bean Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 c. mashed beans
    2 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook and mash beans while they are still warm.
    Chop apples. Cream the margarine or Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Add flour alternately with liquid from beans.
    Add pecans, raisins, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla, chopped apples and mashed beans.
    Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
