Macadamia Nut Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. butter, at room temperature
    1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation
    Line
    bottom
    and
    sides
    of 9-inch round cake pan with aluminum
    foil.
    Butter
    generously.
    Cook nuts, butter, sugar and syrup
    in
    heavy
    skillet
    over
    low heat, stirring until butter melts
    and
    sugar
    dissolves.
    Increase
    heat and boil until mixture turns golden brown and begins to mass together, stirring constantly (about 5 minutes).
    Pour into pan, spreading
    evenly. Sprinkle
    with
    chocolate
    morsels, let melt and spread evenly over top.
    Cool 15 minutes.
    Remove from pan and peel off foil. Cool completely and break into pieces.
