Stuffed Green Peppers(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sweet green peppers
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/3 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/3 c. water
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine meat, water, egg, Minute rice, salt and pepper and about 1/8 of tomato sauce.
    Wash and cut green peppers in half; remove seeds and membrane.
    Fill loosely with meat and rice mixture.
    Place peppers in a 12 x 7-inch flat utility dish.
    Top with tomato sauce.
    Microwave for 12 minutes, covered and on High (100%).
