Kao Pad(Thai Fried Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. bacon fat
    1 c. roast pork, diced
    1 egg, beaten
    soy sauce
    1 c. crab or shrimp
    4 c. cold cooked rice
    pepper
    garnish: green onions and cucumber
Preparation
    In a wok brown the garlic in the fat and add pork.
    Pour egg over the pork, and garlic and stir quickly to the egg does not sit. Add soy sauce, crab and rice.
    Stir well, tossing lightly.
    Remove from heat and arrange on a serving platter.
    Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
    Garnish with green onions and slices of cucumbers.
