Jalapeno Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
6 Tbsp. butter, separated
4 green onions, tops and bottoms, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 oz. jar pimentos, drained and chopped
1/2 Kraft Jalapeno Cheese roll
1/2 Kraft Garlic Cheese roll
Preparation

In a skillet, saute the onions and pepper in 2 Tbsp. butter until soft.
Add the flour and then the milk, stirring until mixture thickens.
Add the onion mixture, pimentos and cheeses. Simmer until cheeses have melted.
In a lightly greased baking dish, place the potatoes.
Pour in the sauce and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
