Crock-Pot Hen - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 hen
1 large bottle vinaigrette salad dressing
1/2 c. syrup
4 bacon strips
1/4 tsp. garlic
Tony's Creole seasoning to taste

Preparation

Place hen in crock-pot.
Pour dressing and syrup over it. Season with seasonings.
Lay bacon strips over it.
Cook overnight on low.
Serve with any side dish.
Pour heated liquid over hen to add flavor.
