Turkey Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 small green pepper, cut into narrow strips
    1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cut up cooked turkey
Preparation
    In an 8-inch skillet, cook and stir onion and pepper in oil until tender (about 5 minutes).
    Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder and salt.
    Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Stir in turkey.
    Heat and serve on rice.
