Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for single crust pie
    3 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 slices bacon, cooked (save 2 Tbsp. drippings)
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Bake pie crust at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    In bowl stir together eggs, milk, onion, salt, and pepper.
    In skillet, fry bacon, drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings.
    Cook onion in drippings until tender.
    Add crumbled bacon and onion to egg mixture.
    Toss together cheese and flour and add to egg mixture.
    Pour into hot pastry shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
