Jean'S Dijon Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 or 2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 drops hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    12 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine mustard and vinegars in blender.
    Add everything except oil. Whirl until blended. With blender running, add oil, one tablespoon at a time.
    Chill.
    Serve on salad greens. Yields 1 1/4 cups.
    Keeps several weeks.
