Oven Roasted Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into quarter-inch slices. Combine potatoes, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a Ziploc bag and shake until potatoes are coated. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender, turning once.
