Peach-Mandarin Whip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarins with syrup
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. frozen peach segments
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until frothy.
    Serve immediately in tall glasses over crushed ice or chill well and serve in dessert cups.
    Serves 4.
