Hot Mocha Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. strong coffee
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate.
    Stir in coffee, corn syrup, sugar and salt.
    Bring the mixture to a boil.
    Boil the sauce gently, without stirring, until thick and smooth, about 10 minutes.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Serve hot over ice cream, cheesecake or pound cake.
