Carrot And Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. honey wheat germ
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2/3 c. buttermilk or milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, wheat germ, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Beat egg; add vanilla, raisins and nuts to flour mixture and veggies with the milk.
    Mix until flour is moistened. Spoon into muffin pans.
    Bake about 25 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Makes about 18 muffins.
