Potato And Onion Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1/3 c. melted butter
    2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    dash of black pepper
    1 medium onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Peel and chop onion.
    Shred potatoes hair fine julienne.
    Drain well on towel.
    Mix potatoes, onion and cheese. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Heat part of butter in a pan. Spread and press part of mixture into pan in a thin layer.
    Cook until bottom is browned.
    Loosen edges with spatula as you would with a pancake.
    Turn and brown the other side.
    Repeat with remaining mixture.
