Easy Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. warm water (add gradually)
1 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine eggs and sugar; mix well.
Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 9 x 9-inch pan or comparable oblong pan.
Makes a good batter for upside-down cakes and shortcakes.
