Banana Muffins(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. egg substitute
2 large bananas, mashed
2/3 c. skim milk
1/3 c. light corn syrup
Preparation

Spray 12 muffin cups with a nonfat cooking spray.
In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
In a large bowl, using a wire whisk, beat egg substitute.
Stir in mashed bananas, milk and corn syrup.
Add flour mixture.
Stir until blended.
Spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 22 to 25 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes in pan.
