Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced cooking apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. sifted flour
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Place apples in greased shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine dry ingredients; add melted butter, mixing until crumbly.
Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minute or until apples are tender.
Served warm or cold topped with milk or cream, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
