Slow Cooker Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 qt. canned tomatoes
    1 lb. browned Italian sausage (optional)
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    4 tsp. minced garlic
    4 bay leaves
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. oregano
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown onions, if desired.
    Add tomatoes, sausage and remaining ingredients.
    Put in slow cooker, or you can simmer for 2 hours, until reduced to the thickness you want, stirring regularly.
