Sour Cream Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. stew meat
    1/4 c. mushrooms
    1 c. onions
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    dash of garlic powder
    3/4 c. sour cream
    noodles or rice
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Cut meat in bite size pieces. Coat with flour mixture.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in pan and brown slowly on all sides.
    Add to meat the onions, garlic powder, water, Worcestershire sauce, catsup and mushroom liquid.
    Cover and simmer until meat is tender (about 2 hours).
    Stir in mushrooms and sour cream.
    Cook only until heated through.
    Serve over noodles or buttered rice.
