Congealed Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Delicious apples, peeled and diced
    1 1/2 c. hearts of celery, diced
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1 3/4 c. sweetened apple juice*
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in 1/4 cup apple juice.
    Heat 3/4 cup apple juice, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and pinch of salt.
    Add to gelatine mixture.
    Chill in refrigerator until consistency of egg white. Add apples, celery and pecans; chill until firm.
