Come On Over Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 large Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 large can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Grease 10 x 13-inch pan.
    Crush crackers; mix with nuts and baking powder.
    Beat egg whites with white sugar and vanilla. Fold cracker mixture into egg whites.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes; cool completely.
    Mix Cool Whip and softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and drained pineapple.
    Spread on cake. Refrigerate overnight.
