Broccoli Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 onions, finely chopped
5 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. herb bread stuffing mix
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Mix ingredients well and chill for 2 hours.
Put a little oil on hands and form balls, using 1 teaspoon mixture for each.
Bake on lightly greased baking sheet at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Freezes well in plastic bags.
Bake frozen at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. May be served with hot mustard sauce.
Yields approximately 65 balls.
