Dutch Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Stir milk in until blended.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto boiling beef or chicken stew (try to drop onto meat, not liquid).
Cook 10 minutes uncovered, then 10 minutes more tightly covered.
