Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and deboned (may use hamburger)
5 1/2 oz. Doritos, crushed
8 oz. Velveeta, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Put chicken or browned hamburger in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan. Put crushed Doritos on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Mix soups and onion together and spread over cheese.
Put tomatoes on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
