Green Chili Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green chilies, skinned, seeds removed and chopped
    1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
    1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    cilantro, chopped to taste
    Dressing (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except Dressing, and let sit for 2 hours, refrigerated.
