Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook broccoli just until tender, drain.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except cracker crumbs.
    Add broccoli to this mixture. Pour into greased casserole dish and cover with cracker crumbs. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
