Beefed-Up Biscuit Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion or 2 Tbsp. minced
    1/2 c. diced chiles or green pepper
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can refrigerated biscuits
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    In large frypan, brown ground beef, onion and pepper.
    Drain. Stir in tomato sauce and garlic salt.
    Simmer while preparing dough.
