Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix altogether.
Cover bottom of large frypan with oil.
Let get hot.
Drop batter by tablespoon into hot oil (will spread like pancakes).
Brown on both sides.
Place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
