Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots (5 to 6), peeled and shredded
1/2 c. raisins
1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat vanilla yogurt
4 to 6 lettuce leaves
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together (except lettuce) in a mixing bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Toss again before serving.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
Healthy snack for kids to prepare.
