60 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. shortening
4 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients with spoon.
Let rise 15 minutes.
Work down and let rise 15 minutes.
Shape into rolls and let rise for 20 minutes in warm place or over bowl of warm water.
Bake in hot oven (450\u00b0) for 10 minutes or until done.
