Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round ground steak
    1 medium minced onion
    2 c. grape jelly
    2 (16 oz.) bottles ketchup
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. dried parsley
Preparation
    Mix onion and ground steak together.
    Shape mixture into bite-size balls.
    Brown slowly.
    Drain off excess grease, then place in dish for freezing.
    Put jelly and ketchup in saucepan. Heat until melted.
    Add garlic powder and parsley.
    Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour over meatballs and cover with foil. Place in preheated oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Keep foil over pan until meatballs are heated.
    Freezes well for later use.
