Macaroni And Ground Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 box macaroni
    1 can tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. water or enough to cook macaroni
    2 Tbsp. onion (dried or fresh)
    2 Tbsp. sweet pepper (dried)
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. chives
    1 (No. 303) can pinto beans
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. flour
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown the macaroni with butter.
    Then add water and cook until tender.
    In another skillet, brown the ground beef and add all other ingredients.
    When macaroni is tender, add to the rest of the ingredients.
    Serve with cheese.
