Swiss Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 1/4 oz.) jar La Costena mole
    2 chicken breasts
    10 La Nortena corn tortillas
    1 c. white cheese (Mozzarella)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, finely chopped
    salt
Preparation
    Cook chicken in a pot with 4 cups of water.
    Once tender, shred chicken and discard bones. Save broth.
