Kahlua - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. instant coffee (not decaf)
4 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. brandy
1 pt. vodka
1 vanilla bean
Preparation

Pour boiling water over sugar and instant coffee.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add brandy and vodka and mix well.
Pour into large bottle; add vanilla bean.
Seal or cork tightly.
Age 30 days.
Shake bottle every 2 to 3 days.
