Hungry Boy'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 count) can biscuit dough
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 (2 lb.) can pork and beans
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Stir in pork and beans, catsup, water, salt and garlic salt until well blended.
Reserve 1 cup of beans and meat mixture.
Return casserole to oven for 10 minutes while preparing biscuits. Arrange biscuits without centers on casserole.
Spoon reserved mixture in hole of each biscuit.
Top with biscuit holes.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 5 to 6.
