Mounds Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large bags coconut
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together well.
    Shape into balls.
    Melt 12 ounce bag chocolate chips over double boiler with 1/8 stick paraffin.
    Dip balls.
    Place on wax paper to set.
    Keep chilled.
