Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. Crisco
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    5 Tbsp. warm water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Blend in Crisco; dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Let yeast stand 5 minutes.
    Then mix buttermilk and yeast to flour mixture.
    Mix well.
    Turn out on floured pastry sheet.
    Roll out to desired thickness.
    Cut out. Place on greased pan.
    Place a pat of butter on top.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
