Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell unbaked (8-inch)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c sugar
    1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix butter and sugar; add egg yolk, one at a time.
    Add lemon rind, juice, flour and milk.
    Beat egg whites and fold in.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
