Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Oreo cookies (18 to 20 cookies)
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. mini chocolate chips
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
Preparation
    Grease sides of a 9-inch spring pan lightly with Crisco oil. Smash cookies into crumbs.
    Mix with melted butter and spread evenly in bottom of pan.
    In a large bowl mix cream cheese with milk until smooth.
    Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and mix with a spoon; pour into pan.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips on top. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    Stick a toothpick in cake, if it is clean, cake is done.
    If toothpick is not clean, let bake a little longer.
    Let stand 30 minutes to cool.
    Pull side of pan off and chill.
