Apple Cheese Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. red hots
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. cold water
    1/2 c. sweetened applesauce
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve red hots in boiling water.
    Add lemon jello and stir until dissolved.
    Add cold water.
    Add applesauce, celery and pecans or walnuts.
    Mix and pour 1/2 of the liquid in a square dish to congeal.
