Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. stew meat
6 medium peeled potatoes
6 carrots, cut in bite size pieces
6 small onions
1 c. diced celery
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
dash of pepper
3 level tsp. tapioca for thickening
3 c. tomato juice
1 can tomato soup
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation

Mix meat and vegetables.
Place in casserole dish.
Mix liquids and seasonings.
Spoon over meat.
Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
