Colorado Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced fresh peaches
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour (rounded)
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    red food coloring
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    pastry for 2-crust pie
Preparation
    Add sugar and flour to peaches.
    Combine a few drops of red food coloring and almond extract to syrup and add to peaches.
    Put in unbaked crust and top with a lattice crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
