Smoked Salmon Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) can boned salmon
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 minced green onions
1 Tbsp. chopped capers
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Drain salmon and mix all ingredients in a food processor. Scrape into a small bowl and serve with crackers or Melba toast. Can be used as a spread or a dip.
