Flaky Pastry(For Chicken Pot Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Combine the dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse corn meal.
    Add ice water; stir lightly.
    (Dough will be just moist enough to shape into a ball.)
    Flop dough into a floured mixture in casserole dish.
    Tuck the ends under and press firmly to sides of dish.
