Where'S-The-Fat Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and cornstarch.
    Add milk.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
    Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
    Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
    Serve with ice cream, frozen yogurt, angel food cake and fresh fruit.
